CX Managers

Our customer experience managers are here not just to make your tenancy easier, but to make everyday life and business run more smoothly. We believe the best CX managers anticipate your needs before you do.;

Here’s what sets us apart…

Hotel for Business

We don’t see this as an office campus. Instead, it’s more of a “hotel for business”.

We have a collection of processes to track every customer query and maintain a happy, productive high-end workplace. This means a full team of CX managers, including one front-of-house in each main building to help you with everyday needs.

Concierge

This team of CX managers is responsible for maintaining and improving your situation. They are your first point of contact and a reflection of our dedication in making this the best possible place to run a business.

This is a relatively new and young business campus, but already we’ve helped tenants organise events on campus.

Just like a hotel concierge, our CX managers are armed with local knowledge and a long list of contacts.

Our B2B customer management team is happy to help you make the most of this cutting-edge campus, whether that’s helping with big events, making the most of the space and environment or putting you in touch with handy services, from dry cleaning to movers.

Our job is to ensure that your experience is as enjoyable and smooth as it possibly can be.

New City Quarter for Dublin

We’re not just building offices; we’re building a community.

Soon, Dublin Airport Central will be a bustling business park of five blocks, dozens of businesses and 3-4,000 tenants.

These tenants will have access to our expert community managers who will inform them of the 35 food and beverage offerings, local discounts for Dublin Airport Central customers, and even allowances to our myriad services (such as gyms and classes).

Welcome to Dublin’s newest, most comprehensive business quarter.
