No single food choice is to blame for poor health and no single food choice is responsible for good health either.When pursuing a healthy eating plan long term, be sure to avoid plans and philosophies that encourage extremes.

Ciara is a registered Nutritionist with Association for Nutrition. She received an honours degree in Human Nutrition in Northumbria University Newcastle, 2016. She has worked as a Nutritionist across the community presenting nutrition and lifestyle information. She is passionate about pro-moting the ease of cooking healthy meals at home.
